1/ Find A Name :

Either you have already found a domain you wish to purchase from being directed here , via whois, word of mouth or maybe found the name featured on our site?

If this is the case then you will need to contact us by clicking on the contact link at the top of the site, fill in the appropriate sections and submit and we will always aim to answer your enquiry within 24 hours where possible.

If you have not yet found your desired domain name you can follow the same process as above but include which domains you are searching for and as much detail as possible.

2/ Agree on Price:

Once a domain has been found by you and a price agreement has been reached we can move onto the next stage. Some of our online properties have a fixed price and will be featured on okok.com

Others have a guide or no pricing, domain prices can fluctuate but are generally increasing all the time so fixed prices generally aren’t suitable for most of our stock .

Once a price has been agreed, we will communicate with you to decide which payment option is most suitable for you.

3/ Payment:

There are two types of payment solutions we provide for security on both sides.

Because of the proliferance of fraud online and in payment solutions we use the only 2 failsafe payment options. We do not for this reason accept paypal payments with the exception for known trusted previous buyers and then only for small sales $1k and under.

i) The first is Escrow.com Escrow

It is free to open an escrow account. Once the buyer has we will initiate the order at escrow, you will receive an email and a very simple process ensues. See here: Escrow

Once payment is received by escrow, we ‘push’ the domain to your account at the registrar, you notify escrow the domain has been received and they release payment. They deal in millions of dollars of transactions every year and are the first choice for large domain deals.

Escrow charge a low fee for this service for each transaction, this fee is paid by the buyer.

2) The second option is Bank Transfer

Bank to bank transfer again is one of the safest methods for transactions as banks have detailed records of the buyer and the seller, it is better for accounts too, easier to keep your accounts in order.

International bank transfers are straight forward and we would provide you with all the details by email to print off and hand to your bank.

This process typically takes 4-5 working days for the banks to process unless you use the same banks as us, in which case the transfer is almost instantaneous.

We have Bank Accounts at HSBC , and also Barclays Bank in the United Kingdom.

4/ Domain Transfers:

Normally once payment is received we instantly ‘push’ the domain from our account to your account at the given registrar. You then have the option to keep there or to transfer out whenever you decide.

We only use the top registrars:

Moniker.com - Enom.com - Godaddy.com

These are commonly regarded as the top 3 registrars in the world on Security, Safety, Pricing and Number of Customers and Domains owned.
