The Sex.com Chronicles - The Book! A MUST read
March 3, 2010
I’m really excited to tell you about the book ‘The Sex.com Chronicles’ by Legendary Lawyer & Domainer, Charles Carreon.

Every domainer has heard of Gary Kremen, the guy who owned the licence to print money ……… Sex.com . Until it was stolen from him.
Well Charles is the Lawyer that fought Gary’s defence…………….. and WON!
We all dream of the time machine to go back to the mid 90’s , well I for sure would have to stop off in 1999 and take a quiet seat at the back watching all this court room action. Well, when I go on holiday with my girlfriend I’m always trying to sneak off to go on the laptop, I’m planning on stretching out on the lilo with a copy of Charles’ book and playing the perfect boyfriend. My girlfriend will see the cover and think I’ve gone all soft and am reading a Jackie Collins novel!
Seriously though I’m really looking forward to it.

A very clever use of a sub domain, I’m sure all domainers will agree!

I’ll leave you with a direct quote from a page from Charles’ site to whet your appetite:
The dot-com era was a time of unforeseen changes in the way we communicate and live our lives, and those who lived at the center of that maelstrom of transformation knew the exhiliration of being the first explorers of a new world.
Written by cyberlawyer Charles Carreon, the Sex.Com Chronicles captures and encapsulates the thrilling atmosphere in which the new world of cyberspace was created. Depicted in elegantly simple prose, the main players come to life on the page — Stephen Michael Cohen, the intrepid thief who stole Sex.Com with a forged letter, Gary Kremen, the tenacious dot-commer who demanded justice, Judge James Ware, the impassive District Court judge who decided a case for which there were no precedents, and Carreon himself, the unconventional lawyer who knew he had a chance to make history.
The action builds in a series of gripping chapters that hold the reader in thrall until the last page is turned…………………………
